BOB Financial Solutions Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and a Non-Deposit Accepting Non–Banking Finance Company (NBFC). BFSL was established in the year 1994 to cater to the need of rapidly growing credit card industry in a focused manner. BFSL is one among the pioneers in Indian card market and was the first nonbanking company in India to issue credit cards. The Company’s core business is credit card issuance. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations.

Qualification
- B.E/B. Tech in Computer science/Information Technology/MCA/MBA from Reputed College/University.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Strong Knowledge of Vision Plus, Falcon, TRIAD etc.
Age
- The age limit for this post is 45 years.
Location
- The posting location is Mumbai. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization/parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. A candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Technology solutions for Credit Cards businesses with support from internal technology teams and application vendors.
- Analyze requirements, working with businesses to conceptualize and defined detailed Business requirements.
- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Analyze the impact of the proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/ demonstrate business requirements/ specifications to the IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
- Assist IT and business teams to ensure requirements are translated to test plans.
- Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed.
- Producing executive-level reports and presentations on the health of project delivery and the financial status of the portfolio.
- Prepare and present project status to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Coordinate third parties such as System Integrators, Third-Party Vendors & back-end API providers.
- Ensure that the solutions deployed are robust, scalable and there are no major functional/performance issues post the implementation.
- Act as a technology consultant to the business teams to ensure the requirements are fulfilled with minimal changes to systems and existing system capabilities are fully exploited.
Job Specific Skills
- Excellent functional knowledge of Credit Cards Origination & Service.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in business process engineering business system analysis and working through the SDLC.
- Strong requirements gathering skills (Interviewing business users and functional leaders).
- Experience in systems development life cycle in Agile/waterfall development environment.
- Experience writing functional requirements specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Data interface specifications.
- Experience working at the program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects.
- Experience in defining use cases and test cases for projects.
