• The Person who is appointed by the Jio have to call the existing customer and new customers about the Jio’s Recharge plans in detail.
• Help the customers to get them a Jio recharge in easy steps. Guide them on their benefit plans.
• Those who seem interesting in Jio, sell them new Jio Connections.
• Help the customers to solve their queries as soon as possible (ASAP).
• Customers must be satisfied with your suggestions or guidelines about their queries.
• Customers will give you a rating as per your performance.
• You have to give the response to the customer in an appropriate and genuine tone.
• Your language must not be a barrier for the customers.
• The candidate has to note down all the details and date which is relevant for the call or other services.
• Every candidate has to learn Jio’s Plans, products and services. so that you can offer the benefit plan to customers as per their requirements.
