Qualifications

• This post requires a Master’s degree in HR. OR nay equivalent degree can be considered.
• This degree must be given by a recognised university or institute approved by AICTE or UGC.

Experience

• The candidate must have 20 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Planning, ER, etc.
• The candidates must have experience in handling Grievances and also the experience to handle the employees effectively & politely.

Type of Appointment

• This post is contract-based. Initially, it is for 2 years. but it will be extended as per the performance of the employee.

Number of Posts

• There is a single post for this position. You might be that one person who will get this post.

Remuneration

• Rs. 2,25,000 per month will be given to the employee who will achieve this post.

Age

• Candidates must be 45 years old to apply for this post. But not exceed the age of 55 years old.

Selection Process

• You have to follow two steps to get this job.
  1. Interview: Every Candidate has to appear in the interview and selected candidates will go for the next step which is Medical Test.
  2. Medical Test: Those who cleared the interview round will be sent for the medical test. If you clear the medical round, then this post is yours.
